Effie Bader started her career in real estate while still attending the University of Wyoming, majoring in Business Administration. Upon graduation, she moved to Denver, Colorado and has been in commercial real estate with CB Richard Ellis, an international commercial real estate firm, for over 10 years. While at CB Richard Ellis she worked for one of the top industrial teams in Denver and worked with such clients as ProLogis, Lowe Enterprises, US Bank,  GE Capital, and Spears Manufacturing. 

 

Effie has made the move back to her hometown of Laramie to be near family and enjoy the charisma of the town once again. While she has specialized in commercial, she enjoys working in all aspects of real estate again including residential, development and land. Effie is a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Wyoming Association of Realtors and the Local Board of Realtors. Additionally, Effie is a past board member of the University of Wyoming Alumni Association and the University of Wyoming National Ambassadors.
