November Market Update

 

The Year 2020 is about to come to a close and as many will say, Good Riddance. We hope everyone was able to have an enjoyable Thanksgiving in their own way this year. Looking back on 2020, there are still many things to be thankful for, we here at Laramie Land Company feel fortunate to live in a smaller town where most of us were able to keep working and surviving throughout the year.  

 

The Real Estate market here in Laramie is starting to feel the slow times of the Holidays and the cold weather settling in. The challenge is still the amount of inventory available for home purchasers. In town, as of the 1st of December, there are 31 active residential listings in the Laramie area, with only 16 in town There was a total of 53 sold units in November. Of the homes sold in town last month, the average price was $297,707 and a median price was $280,200. (Information researched on the Laramie MLS).
