Effie Bader

Effie Bader is an Owner/Associate Broker at Laramie Land Company, working all aspects of real estate including residential, commercial and investment. Prior to moving back to be near family and start her current partnership, she worked in commercial real estate in the Denver CBRE office, an international commercial real estate firm.

She is a proud graduate of the University of Wyoming with a degree in Business Administration and attended Laramie High School. She just finished her 2nd time as President of the Laramie Board of Realtors in 2023 and is Vice Chair for the Executive Board at the Laramie Chamber Business Alliance as well as being on the Business Properties Committee. She is also the Southeast District Vice President on the Wyoming Association of Realtors Executive Board, current member and past President of the Zonta Club of Laramie, member of the Wyoming Association of Realtors, and past member of the City of Laramie Retail Group.

Whether it be working with a first-time home buyer, providing listing services or working with a corporation, Effie enjoys working with everyone in accomplishing their real estate transaction. Her love of Laramie brought her back to where she grew up and since then life has flourished as she has since married, built a home, and is the proud mother of two boys and two girls of the furry kind, known as the redheads (Golden Retrievers).
